A young man named Masud Rana from Gopalganj took a new identity in 1999 and entered our cine world. Now he’s the top actor in our country. We know him as Shakib Khan.
On 28th 1999, Shakib’s first movie ‘Ananta Bhalobasha’ got released. The director of the movie was Shohanur Rahman Shohan. Though the film was not commercially successful, Shakib’s performance caught the eyes of the audience. As a result, he paired with the likes of Shabnur, Popy, Purnima, and Moonmoon; the top four heroines of that time. And after the death of the actor Manna, he never had to look back and became what he is now.
He posted about this special occasion on his social media handles. There he said at that time he was an immature wide-eyed kid who didn’t know where he was going. He just knew that he had to work hard and that he did. The hard work paid off and brought him where he is now. He also didn’t forget to thank the directors, audience, and the people who helped him over the years.
